Oh yeah, the Queen's B was great yesterday. I met Alfred at the station whom was there before me, and we waited for Alan. It was a little worrying I have to say. I was reading
The Messenger by Markus Zusak and Alfred was just sitting there looking around the station as two trains passed, the latter of which was the train we were supposed to get on. I must say I get paranoid really quickly, because Alfred was actually the one who kept on stopping me from using a pay-phone to call Alan every 10 minutes. One more train passed, and Alan arrived and apologised. To be honest, I was just happy he got there before the next train xD
So we got on the train to Birrong and made some boredom-chatter. When we got to Birrong, we got off to change for Town Hall only to realise that the train we were on did go to Town Hall. So basically, yeah, we looked like
idiots running back into the train
ASAP. We repeated the process we took to get to Birrong on the way to Town Hall, chatting and whatnot, and this time we actually took some photos randomly now and then. I decided to use Alan's mobile msn, only to try to get into my account 10 times before I figured out I was typing things in wrong. In short, I'm hopeless with mobiles.
After all that, we finally arrive at Town Hall and head straight for McDonalds because I was feeling a little hungry. I ate about two bites out of a
$1.00 (WTF CHEAP MUCH???) apple pie and shoved it in my bag to play DDR at the Galaxy World next door with Alan. Alfred, uninterested in DDR, did some roaming around the place as Alan and I punished the 4 songs a credit pads. We played 2 games all up, failing miserably on the Max 300 Heavy attempts, then left to go to Kinokuniya.
My feet were killing me softly, I had to sit so badly that I went to the secondary school reference books and studied 3U maths and physics. Alfred and Alan were walking around doing random stuff looking for books. Alan wanted to find a good photoshop book but failed, unfortunately. I directed him to a guide to making anime on computers and stuff related to that but he said if he bought it he might look perverted (for some reason, the book only showed you how to create near
ecchi girls, or girls with mini-clothing such as mini-skirts. When we left the place, I ate the remnants of my now crushed apple pie.
Now here's the fun part: we decide that we want to go to Chinatown, but end up walking all the way to
DARLING HARBOUR! I'm telling you I was cheesed at that because my feet still hurt pretty badly and we just kept on walking and walking. It wasn't all that bad though, because we ended up loitering around the front of the Chinese Gardens. Alfred, along with other primary school aged (and under) children, were harassing the ducks with flimsy leaves, making them look as if they were bread crumbs. Alan just sat on the fence thing and took pictures of the ducks and the ugly-looking fish that were swimming around. I just sat on the nearby chair and relaxed. We ended up heading away and towards the nearest map, where we figured out where to go to get to Chinatown.
We made it there and headed straight for the food court. Alan and Alfred ordered two large dishes (fried chicken and fried rice and some noodles with cooked chicken in it) and we split it betweens us all. It was very delicious; I loved the chicken in the fried rice dish and the noodles were superb! The chicken in the noodles wasn't that fantastic, though

Soon after we roamed around the rest of Chinatown and ended up entering a bakery with lots of yummy things in it. Alfred recommended me to get something (forgot what it was, hehe) and I got two of them, but I regret not getting more because I was entranced by the flavour! I also got a banana cake which I should have bought more of because that was really nice as well! I ended up sharing it with my brother and aunt

In a jiffy, we made our way over to Market City, where Alan and I entered IGA to get some water because we were mega-thirsty. Alfred stayed outside. When we were in there, Alan went on an Asian candy spastic-attack running rampant through the store screaming about how good the place was. Shame the prices weren't very great, though. Well, we left that place and I was itching to pass Max 300 Heavy on DDR, so I begged the guys to let me go to the Market City Galaxy World. They came with me and Alan blew some money on those distrustful "earn-more-tokens" type machines. I just played DDR on my own, because the machine rejected Alan's tokens. (Note: Just put a $1 coin in them. The tokens work worse!) I played some fairly easy songs as the Asians around me sort of mocked me behind my back. I forgot that that particular machine only allowed 3 songs so I just chose easy ones to warm up for Max 300. I didn't get to play it, and stepped off to watch on as the Asian guys got owned by their girlfriends. I formed a coin line because I really wanted to play Max 300, and then Alan and Alfred came along and told me that they wanted to leave to go to the station. I was reluctant to leave, and ended up just wanting to play the song I wanted to and get it over and done with. When I stepped up, one of the Asian guys asked me if they could play with me, and I said yes regardless of the fact that I was choosing Max 300 Heavy - I just wanted it over and done with.
The results were pleasing. The guy I was against foolishly set a *2 speed mod on the song, which caused his Standard note chart to skyrocket past the screen while I struggled to defeat Max 300 on Heavy. Apparently, according to Alan, I cycled through three guys as I played the song before it ended for me to get a C and them a Fail. We then played Super Senorita (I think) and I can't remember those results. I ended them up with A Oni so I don't really care hehe.
We then ran for the station to get the next train to Newtown, a fairly short trip. My legs and feet were aching again because of the DDR, and because we didn't know where to go to get to the Dendys theatre I was pretty much on the verge of suicide when we figured out that we traveled about 10 minutes into the wrong direction. When we got there I just sat and slipped into a conscious state of unconsciousness and so I don't know what had happened until we got to the movie -
Lars and the Real Girl.
It was good, although it wasn't worth going home as late as we did, I was very satisfied with my day. I got home at about 7 o'clock which worried my grandmother to near death but at least I was fine. I spent the rest of my night eating biscuits and a doughnut while watching
Hanazakari no Kimitachie and sipping on bitter black coffee

, then went off to have a VERY good sleep!
As of today, I classify this as the best outing ever (but next time, I need more DDR lol).

Before you do anything, think. If you do something to try and impress someone, to be loved, accepted or even to get someone's attention, stop and think. So many people are busy trying to create an image, they die in the process.

Friendship is like peeing on yourself: everyone can see it, but only you get the warm feeling that it brings.
